Pets of the Week

Meet Manny!

Manny is a sleek and handsome 9-month-old black cat with a gentle soul and a big heart. Rescued alongside his siblings, Manny was the last to be caught, as he was initially very scared of people. Since then, he has made incredible strides in learning to trust and enjoy human company. Though he’s still on the shy side, Manny is steadily gaining confidence each day. He appreciates a calm and patient approach and would thrive in a quiet home with another friendly cat to show him the ropes. Manny may not be the most outgoing at first, but he has a lot of love to give to someone who can offer him the time and support he needs to blossom. If you’re looking for a loyal and gentle companion, Manny might just be the perfect addition to your family.

Meet Lexi!

This gentle wiggly lady is a super cuddle bug with the most adoring eyes. Lexi's top favorite thing is food, but her most next favorite thing is people.  Lexi is nothing but good mannered and full of love but is also even potty trained. Lexi has decided that she's not a fan of cats but would do great in a family that has a chill mannered dog like herself and maybe even a family with children. She's not really a jumper, but more of a cuddler and would make a great movie buddy. She may not be "designer," wear a beret, and speak French like so many of her ever-popular bulldog relatives, but she hopes you'll adore her all the same. Come by and scoop up this sweet lady and let her steal your heart like she's stolen ours.

“Gillie and his sweet sister Millie have already become incredibly close and love to wrestle/cuddle all day long! Gillie is a blessing and is exactly the kitty for our little family. Thank you all again for your assistance on ensuring that he got fixed in a timely manner so he could be in my arms sooner! I also attached some pictures of Gillie and Millie together.”

“My dad and I adopted Butch, now Bruno, in early April. Our old staffordshire terrier sadly passed away, but to help us cope, we found Bruno! He is doing great and is starting to warm up to people! He’s definitely more of a ladies fan. He has gained 6lbs, walks daily, and beat his heart worm! He is such a happy boy! :)”
